Registration Steps

Foreign Teams:

  • Should register in Asia – Tehran Site site
  • Send us confirmation before the deadline
  • Send us their registration fees by December 10, 2012.

Iranian Teams:

Coaches should register their teams. Please follow these steps carefully:

  • Register your teams by December 1, 2012 at ACM/ICPC site. Follow this link.
  • Register your teams in the “Asia Tehran – National First Round Programming Contest” site.
  • There is no limit on the number of teams that you can register at this stage.
  • Choose your final team members, after the National Internet Contest.

For each of your final teams, do the followings by December 10, 2012:

  • Pay the registration fees using this link (choose ACM contest from the drop-down menu)
  • Email us a copy of the receipt at icpc@sharif.edu (indicate your team and university name in your email)
  • Send us a scanned copy of an official letter from your university officials that contains
    • Full name of each member,
    • his/her student number,
    • the degree (BS or MS) he/she is studing,
    • his/her department, and
    • the year of his/her entrance in the program.
    • Full name of the coach.

Limits on the Number of Iranian Teams

There is a total limit of 90 teams for our contest site. The priority goes to teams who have registered earlier. The choice is made by the deadline.

All-Women Teams

ACM awards a special prize to best all-women teams. So, it is strongly recommended that universities send their all-women teams to the contest.

Travel Fund

There is no travel fund available for Iranian teams. Foreign teams are supported in part by the Asia site director.

Accommodation

There is no accommodation available in the university at the time of contest. Iranian teams should take care of their own accommodations.
